Made by hand
Every line laid down by hand, some as fine as 0.05mm.
Maria Keller works on paper, by hand, from her table in Ohio. Each piece begins with fine-point ink pens — line by line until the surface builds its own texture — and is finished in acrylic: saturated, deliberate, never softening what the ink has already decided. Nothing is generated, traced, or filtered. If a line wavers, it wavered under her hand.
