Refund & Return Policy

Original Artworks — Final Sale

Because each original artwork is one-of-a-kind, all original artwork sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original pieces except in the case of shipping damage (see below).

Giclée Prints & Standard Prints

We accept returns on unused, unframed prints within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Signed and numbered prints that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned unless damaged in shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at markeller2019@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

To start a return or report a damaged item, email us at markeller2019@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
