Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 15 business days. Framed original artworks and limited edition prints may require additional handling time to ensure safe packaging.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard shipping (United States): $8.00 — estimated delivery within 15 business days
- Express shipping (United States): $15.00 — estimated delivery within 5 business days
We currently ship only within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at markeller2019@gmail.com before purchasing.
Packaging
Framed pieces and Giclée prints are packaged with extra protective materials to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve it.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Veins of Ink Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a shipping address where a package can be safely received.
