Products and Pricing

All original artworks are one-of-a-kind. Giclée prints are produced in the stated limited or open editions and are hand-signed and numbered where indicated. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and discontinue any product at any time.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and content on this Site are the original creation of Maria Keller ("Veins of Ink") and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print or original artwork does not transfer any reproduction, commercial licensing, or copyright rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any artwork without our prior written consent.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Shopify Payments or the payment method selected at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veins of Ink Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including damage occurring during shipping once the item has been handed to the carrier, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
